High Tide Apartment: Overview
Whitehall Landing is a new riverside development situated on a former shipyard on the east side of the historic town of Whitby. The apartment overlooks the River Esk and Whitby Marina. It is a 10 minute walk from the extensive amenities of Whitby Town along a new riverside pathway and then Church Street to the old bridge and cobbled streets.
High Tide is a third floor apartment (accessed by stairs and lift) offering a wonderful view over the River Esk and the Marina. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one double facing the river and one twin. Both are of a good size and are well equipped to Shoreline's usual high standard, as is the bathroom with over bath electric shower.
The sitting room (including Sky Free to View), dining area and kitchen are open plan, offering an intimate living space for family and friends. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and has ample facilities to create your seaside meals. Please note that this apartment has no dishwasher due to space constraints.
A parking space is available directly outside the apartment providing easy access. Shops and restaurants are around 10 minutes walk away, while the railway station is a mile away.
